ANS CONSULTING is a tax, legal, and social consulting firm established by a tax consultant and legal expert with recognized experience in the business environment in Cameroon for many years. This experience stems from numerous missions undertaken in both private and public enterprises in Cameroon and the Central African sub-region.
The firm has exclusively expanded around specialists in various branches of tax law, engaging in activities ranging from litigation between taxpayers and the tax authorities to advising businesses. This includes managing all aspects of their daily tax affairs and providing support during more complex operations related to restructuring (sale, acquisition, merger, etc.).
This specialization has enabled the firm to acquire a unique and recognized expertise, allowing it to offer innovative and high-value-added solutions in line with the expectations of businesses, their leaders, and, more broadly, taxpayers. PRESENTATION OF THE MANAGING PARTNER
The firm ANS CONSULTING was founded by Mrs. JEANNE ANNIE NSINGA, a certified tax advisor in CEMAC under registration number CF 182, and is registered with the National Order of Tax Advisors in Cameroon under number 1694. She holds a Master’s degree in business law and a Diploma of Advanced Studies.
She began her career at the Accounting Firm LOUIS-DANIEL FOIRIER (CCLDF) in July 2001 as a Junior Consultant, gradually progressing through the ranks to Senior Consultant, Supervisor, and eventually Director of Mission. From March 2012 onwards, she attained the position of Senior Director of Mission in the TAX and LEGAL department. With over fourteen years of experience serving companies in Cameroon and the broader CEMAC region, she founded the firm ANS CONSULTING, where she serves as the Managing Partner.
Through her academic studies and numerous missions in which she participated or had the privilege of leading, she has accumulated extensive experience in all areas of taxation and business law.
